With Samsung officially taking Galaxy Note 7 off of life support, the saga of 2016’s largest tech debacle is over. The FAA has banned the phones from being brought on planes, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a complete recall of both the original and replacement units. Samsung has urged consumers to power off their Galaxy Note 7’s to return them immediately. Customers looking to return the beleaguered device have these options available to them.
1. Samsung is offering $100 in bill credit for you to return your Note 7, and to get another Samsung Phone(Either a S7 or S7 Edge).
2. Even if you don’t get another Samsung device, you will receive a $25 credit for your troubles.
3. If you bought Note 7 from Samsung directly or through their website, contact Samsung’s customers support at 1-844-365-6197 or visit www.samsung.com/us/note7recall for additional details.
